Building a Better Lunchbox = Happy Kids = Happy Mom!
I'm in this healthy kick this summer to eat better than before and that includes in how I feed my family. Easier said than done (for me anyway) but thank goodness for my friend David Grotto's book The Best Things You Can Eat, I can easily and quickly reference on the choices I make to serve my family.
Now with fall coming, I have to shift my brain into thinking about how I will be feeding my kids when they're back in school. Lucky for me as a blogger spokesperson for California Strawberries, I get the first hand experience to work alongside with David Grotto for a California Strawberries Commission on a Back-To-School Nutrition Tips video where I gave some ideas on on how to build a better lunchbox. Take a look.
