I'm the biggest loser of all and I'm owning it! [vlog]

I've been excited about this for weeks now!

It's my first night here at The Biggest Loser Resort for an exclusive 7 day preview/experience of their new location in Itasca. Partaking in all the programs and activities the resort has to offer for a change of life.

I will be video blogging daily to show the all-inclusive resort and their programs and will also interview Dani Allen (the most recent winner of the TV show). More to come on fb, tweets, instagram, etc.... Here's my video from this evening.

That's awesome MJ!! Ohhh the caffeine withdrawal...hmmm well I don't want to scare you b/c it may be different for you. I think since you have so many activities in your day, you may not experience any withdrawal symptoms. Stay focused on the experience and I'm sure it'll all be good!! :-)
