Day 1 Vlog at The Biggest Loser Resort

Once again, I was taken by surprise. I first learned that there will be no coffee for the 7 days when I first arrived at The Biggest Loser Resort orientation evening and I almost flipped out! Seriously almost backed out....and this time I learned that we were running a 5K. Whoa! But I did it.
