Our own little blogger

Today my son turned TEN! Wow! We've entered the double digits and my husband and I can't believe how fast those last fun and crazy ten years has gone. Today also happens to mark our ten years of parenthood. Now with three kids, we can't help but wonder how the next ten years will feel like. Probably even faster now that all three are of school age.

My now 10-year-old boy is a loving older brother to his two younger siblings and a "very silly" boy especially to his parents. He's your normal "I forgot" boy whenever asked why he did this and that which gets him in trouble at times. I love that he's a friend to everyone in school and even a delight for adults to converse with.

We celebrated this special day with our family. Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, and Gramps were all in attendance.  My husband cooked a small feast and my parents brought the birthday cake and noodles. Noodles! A must for birthdays because it symbolize longevity. We're so blessed to have him in our lives, and we can't wait for the next 50-60-70 years to come.
