Sidekicks

It wasn't too long ago when my two little ones stood by the sideline to wait for my oldest one to finish with his soccer, piano, or whatever it is that the wee ones cannot join him in since they were still too young. Last week we had an *opportunity to visit Six Flags Great America in Gurnee and the outing was a little different from many of our family activities.

This time around, my oldest one waited...patiently...

While these two relished every moment of it all...

Overall, this was one that all of us will remember and treasure.

My own Looney Tune bunch!

*A big THANK YOU to Discover & Six Flags team for giving us 2 days of complimentary family passes including the flash pass! I wrote more about our detailed experience in Chicagonista. You better check out the great values they have using your Discover cards in any Six Flags. Click here for my Chicagonista article.

How fun! We started going to Six Flags Great America last summer, and I was surprised at how many rides there were just for little ones. It was great!

Christian is getting so mature and what a big brother..the closest Six Flags here is in Georgia, which I don't know if Rodney is willing to take all 6 kids there without him getting head ache, LOL!
